Gifts on metal, cups, glass, etc. are written on or decorated with vinyl. Fabric gifts are personalized with heat transfer vinyl (HTV). The materials we use are of the highest quality and are made to last, but care must be taken to follow the directions when washing the items.

Fabric items should be washed on a cold cycle, air or line dried and not placed in the dryer NEVER iron on the wording.

Items decorated with vinyl will retain their high quality if they are HAND WASHED only. Please do not place them in the dishwasher or microwave.

Yes of course! There is a box on the checkout page where you can write a personal message to accompany your gift. The card will be handwritten and placed inside the gift box.

Yes we do, however, there is a slightly higher price for locations in the shtachim. More delivery details can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Orders must be canceled or amended within 2 hours of placing the order, as otherwise they may already have gone into production. Changes after this time may not be guaranteed. When sending in changes, please include the changes you would like to be made as well as your order number.

Returns will only be accepted if the items are damaged or broken upon delivery or if there was an error on customization that was our mistake. Please contact us within 48 hours in these situations. In both cases we will try to replace the items as fast as possible. In any other situation, unfortunately, there are no returns, as the items are customized.
